Skills Required: Excellent Data skill, Stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills at multiple levels Collaborative team player, able to work in a matrix structure, across multiple functions and global locations Ability to work autonomously without supervision Demonstrable business analysis experience across the product Experience delivering change management with a strong customer focus across a global landscape Experience in process improvement, design and delivery with a strong customer focus is desirable Strong facilitation skills, with a proven record of working within multi-disciplinary virtual teams, ideally in the telecoms or IT sector Extensive knowledge of fixed connectivity products and associated customer lifecycle
