Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and facilitate retrospectives to identify areas for enhancement. Required Skills And Qualifications Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Certification: Good to have Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly address and resolve issues. Adaptability: Flexible and open to changes in the project or team dynamics. Empathy: Ability to understand and support the team's challenges and needs Working Experience into Data Domain / Business Intelligence & big Data analytics a plus.
