Cisco Voice Engineer

Advance knowledge of CIPT, CVOICE, IPT and good understanding of IPCC and ICM. Advance knowledge of Voice protocols, such as SIP, H.323 and MGCP, and proficiency in working and troubleshooting on Voice Gateways. Key performance indicators: Request and manage vendor support activities. Resolve external customer's technical issues and attend conference calls that have this in scope. Update, maintain and improve the knowledge and inventory database. All servers Maintenance and restoration solutions. Resolve maximum faults within the SLA agreed with the customer(s) Bring down resolution times for faults reported by the customer.
