<li>Perform expert-level <strong>carpet & floor cleaning</strong> and <strong>water restoration</strong> services</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and professionally with customers</li>
<li>Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation</li>
<li>Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle</li>
<li>Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services</li>
<li>Be a team player and ready to <strong>lead by example</strong>
</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></div><ul>
<li>
<strong>1–3 years of experience</strong> in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration</li>
<li>Comfortable with hands-on physical work</li>
<li>Eager to <strong>learn, grow, and take ownership</strong>
</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Bonus: IICRC certification (CCT, WRT)</li>
<li>Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports</li>
<li>Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred</li>
