<strong>Position Summary/Purpose:<br></strong>We’re looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help grow our cleaning and restoration business. This role is primarily responsible for generating new business through networking, referrals, and strong client relationships.<br>As a growing company, this is a hands-on role where you’ll help build our sales pipeline, strengthen partnerships, and own day-to-day communications and invoice support. This role requires balancing outbound business development with real-time coordination of customer needs throughout the day. You will be supported through company-provided systems, CRM tools, and call center support on non-restoration calls.<br><br><strong>Primary Responsibilities:<br></strong>Business Development & Sales</div><ul>
<li>Identify and build relationships with referral sources (insurance agents, property managers, business owners, etc.)</li>
<li>Conduct regular outreach, including phone calls, in-person visits, and networking events</li>
<li>Schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients and partners</li>
<li>Deliver presentations to organizations and community groups</li>
<li>Generate new business opportunities and support conversion to active jobs</li>
<li>Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and referral partners</li>
</ul><div>Client Relationship Management</div><ul>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and referral partners</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for restoration calls during business hours, communicating with field team to ensure timely response and coordination of service</li>
<li>Maintain strong, ongoing relationships to drive repeat and referral business</li>
<li>Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through</li>
</ul><div>Operations & Team Coordination (Startup Support)</div><ul>
<li>Coordinate daily scheduling to ensure efficient job flow</li>
<li>Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth handoff from sales to job execution</li>
<li>Ensure basic job documentation, customer records, and workflow tracking information is updated within company systems</li>
<li>Maintain contacts, jobs, and referral sources in company CRM</li>
<li>Support invoicing, client and insurance company payment follow-up, and job close-out processes</li>
<li>Coach technicians on customer communication and identifying potential opportunities in the field</li>
</ul><div>Marketing & Community Presence</div><ul>
<li>Actively participate in networking groups, community events, and industry organizations</li>
<li>Support the development of marketing materials and outreach strategies</li>
<li>Represent the company professionally in all external interactions</li>

<li>Building a consistent pipeline of new referral partners and opportunities</li>
<li>Generating steady revenue growth through new and repeat business</li>
<li>Maintaining strong relationships that lead to ongoing referrals</li>

<strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>Experience in sales, business development, or relationship-based roles preferred<br>Experience in restoration, construction, or service-based industries is a plus, but not required<br>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally on a regular basis is required<br>Comfortable using basic technology (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, etc.)<br><br><strong>Compensation:</strong><br>•Base salary + performance-based bonus/commission tied to revenue growth</div>
