Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Vocational Training (VT) programs for mine employees and operators.
- Deliver safety induction and refresher training as per DGMS guidelines.
- Prepare training schedules, presentations, and practical sessions.
- Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and statutory documentation.
- Ensure workforce awareness regarding mine safety, SOPs, emergency response, and safe operating practices.
- Coordinate with safety, operations, and HR departments for training requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support implementation of safety culture and compliance initiatives at site.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
- Valid VT Trainer competency/certification preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in mining operations, safety, or vocational training.
- Retired professionals from mining industries, PSU mines, or large mining organizations may also apply.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Knowledge of DGMS regulations and mining safety standards is essential.
