High school diploma or equivalent; lived experience with substance use disorder and 12+ months continuous recovery; Registered Peer Support Specialist credential required (can be obtained after hire); valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, registration, and satisfactory MVR; must pass criminal history investigation, drug screening, and TB screening; maintain First Aid, CPR, and seizure assessment training.
