Description

We are seeking an experienced VMware Solution Architect to lead the design, deployment, and validation of large-scale VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments across multiple data centers.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in VMware technologies, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise-grade virtualization solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Architecture :

• Lead architecture and design workshops for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and NSX Federation
• Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for :
• Aria Automation
• Aria Operations
• Aria Logs
• Design and architect Live Site Recovery (LSR) and HCX solutions
• Architect and design Avi Load Balancer solutions
  
  

Deployment & Implementation

• Deploy and configure the VCF base platform and NSX Federation
• Build and configure Aria Automation clusters
• Implement dashboards and monitoring using Aria Operations
• Enable and configure vSphere Supervisor
• Configure vDefend Distributed Firewall
  
  

Network Security & Load Balancing

• Integrate Antrea with NSX
• Implement micro-segmentation and security policies
• Deploy and configure Avi Controllers
  
  

Validation & Governance

• Validate all deployment components and configurations
• Validate migration workflows and disaster recovery setups
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions for internal teams
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud technologies
• Strong expertise in VMware stack : VCF, NSX, vSphere, Aria Suite
• Hands-on experience with NSX Federation, HCX, and Live Site Recovery
• Experience with Avi Load Balancer (NSX Advanced Load Balancer)
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and data center architecture
• Experience in multi-site or multi-data center deployments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• VMware certifications (e.g., VCAP, VCDX)
• Experience with Kubernetes and container networking (Antrea, vSphere Supervisor)
• Prior experience in large enterprise or cloud transformation projects
