Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru South for a VMware Administrator. The VMware Administrator will handle the Deploy, configure, and maintain OLVM clusters, including storage domains, host lifecycle, and VM provisioning with a strong focus on stability and performance.
Manage VM operations in OLVM and VMware, including migrations, snapshots, templates, and troubleshooting hypervisor level issues.
Perform OLVM host patching, engine upgrades, and cluster health checks, ensuring high availability and operational continuity.
Design and optimize virtualization workflows across OLVM and VMware to support production, DR, and test environments.
Develop automation scripts (Python/Bash/Ansible) for VM provisioning, reporting, and routine operational tasks.
Collaborate with Linux, network, and storage teams to ensure seamless integration and resolve infrastructure‑level incidents.
