Responsibilities:

·         Ability to identify key players and decision makers in the buying process

·         Develop and maintain existing customer and partner relationships through outbound prospecting

·         Update and maintain CRM database, critical to ensure success of the inside sales team

·         Use lead tracking tools to forecast sales activity on a weekly basis

·         Analyze reports and review with management in order to develop necessary skills for business management and sales achievement

·         Become proficient in VMTurbo’s sales methodology and ensure that daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly key performance metrics are achieved

Requirements:

·         0-2 years of professional experience

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills

·         Excellent time management skills

·         High degree of competence in completing duties in a timely and effective manner

·         Must be a highly motivated, competitive and passionate team player

·         Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
