VMO Analyst I
Pune - Onsite
The VMO Analyst role requires basic domain knowledge in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Oil & Gas, along with proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is an added advantage. The role involves supporting budgeting activities, maintaining accurate records of third‑party resources, and handling reconciliation and reporting. A solid understanding of the procure‑to‑payment process is essential, as is the ability to support P2P activities and identify opportunities for process improvement. The analyst will collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple geographies and cultures, demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical thinking, data analytics and transformation capabilities, and a creative, logical approach to problem‑solving are key expectations. A proactive learning mindset is encouraged, with industry certifications in project management, SAP technologies, or procurement domains considered a positive addition.
- Any bachelor Degree

- Experience Required- 1-3 Years
- Should have basic technical and stream knowledge
- Should have good communication skills (both verbal & written).
- Good aptitude and reasoning skills are required
- Basic knowledge and experience of specific domain/industry: Procurement/Supply Chain/Oil & Gas.
- Basic MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge on Budgeting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of procure to payment process.
- Experience in working with global stakeholders in MNCs across multiple geographies and cultures.
- Analytical thinking and good understanding of data analytics and data transformation.
- Maintain accurate records of third-party resources, reconciliation and reporting.
- Support procure to pay activities and identify process improvement opportunities
- Identify and contribute to the improvement of defective trends or areas of process performance weakness in the end-to-end process.
- Ability to solve problems in a creative manner with an analytical and logical bent of mind to support the businesses you work with, underpinned with a passion to enable operations.

- Positive add on- Desirable: Industry certifications around project management (ICP Agile/PMP), technology SAP (MM, SRM, Ariba, Fieldglass) and domain (CSCP, CPIM etc.)
