About the role

The Innovation & Data Intern will work closely with the Innovation and Data/Analytics team to support data-driven decision making, identify opportunities for innovation, and contribute to the development of new products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and assisting with the implementation of new initiatives. What you'll do: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions Assist with the development of new products and services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations Support the Innovation and Data/Analytics team with ad-hoc tasks as required Who you are: Passion and desire to pursue a career in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus What you'll need: Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Basic understanding of marketing principles and be comfortable working with large datasets
