We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer who has hands-on experience in NX software and can also manage workshop operations along with production planning.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- VMC programming using NX (Siemens NX)
- 2D & 3D toolpath generation
- Setup planning and optimization
- Workshop handling & machine coordination
- Production planning & scheduling
- Drawing understanding and process planning
- Quality awareness and inspection coordination
- 🔹 Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of NX CAM software
- Experience in VMC machining & tooling
- Ability to handle shop floor independently
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments
- Good problem-solving skills
- 🔹 Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of 4th/5th axis machining (bonus)
- Experience in job work / precision machining industry
- Leadership & team handling ability
