Role Description
Azad Engineering Limited is seeking VMC Operators, Supervisors, and Engineers for a full-time, on-site role based in Mulug. Responsibilities include operating and supervising VMC machines, ensuring high-quality precision manufacturing, and adhering to production schedules. Engineers will additionally be involved in maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing processes for operational efficiency. The selected candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in VMC machine operation, setup, and programming.
- Experience or knowledge of precision engineering processes, maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Understanding of quality control and adherence to production standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- ITI or Diploma qualification (freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach to tasks.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Mulug.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is an advantage.
Salary for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and determined based on the interview process.
