Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site VMC Operator role located in Bengaluru. The VMC Operator will be responsible for operating Vertical Machining Centers, setting up and loading materials, troubleshooting machine issues, monitoring machining processes, and ensuring product quality. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining machinery, adhering to safety protocols, and coordinating with team members to meet production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs)
- Experience with interpreting technical drawings and implementing machining programs
- Knowledge of machine maintenance, tooling, and work-holding mechanisms
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure product quality and precision
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with team members
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in a manufacturing setup
- Prior experience in operating CNC or VMC machinery is highly desirable
- ITI, Technical diploma or certification in a manufacturing or mechanical engineering field is preferred
- Minimum 2 Years of experience is required
