Team member (Operator)(Setter)
Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Location : Bangalore, Peenya, Belgaum, or Pune
Experience : 3 to 5 years
Brief Description Of The Role
- Work closely with production teams to ensure the tools are ready for production runs.
- Ensure tools are maintained in optimal working condition to prevent defects in CNC machining processes.
- Tool Setup and Preparation (Using Zoller Pre-Setter)
- Accurately measure the tool’s geometry (length, radius, diameter) using the Zoller Pre-Setter.
- Regularly monitor the operation of VMC machines, checking that tool performance remains consistent throughout the production cycle.
- Adjust tooling as necessary during production based on the performance of the VMC machine and any issues encountered.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Tooling and rectify any errors in tool offset.
- Keep track of tooling usage, and monitor the inventory of cutting tools and inserts
