Job Description:
We are hiring a VLSI Recruiter with strong exposure to Semiconductor/VLSI hiring. The candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment for niche semiconductor skill sets and must be based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for VLSI/Semiconductor requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking.
Work on requirements like DFT, Physical Design, RTL Design, Verification, STA, FPGA, and Embedded.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Mandatory Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Semiconductor/VLSI hiring.
Good exposure to semiconductor recruitment.
Candidate must be based in Bangalore.
Comfortable working remotely.
Strong communication and sourcing skills.
