Role Description
This is a full-time / part-time hybrid role for a Trainer based in Bengaluru South, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home options. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, conducting workshops, preparing training materials, and evaluating participant performance to ensure knowledge transfer. The role requires effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders to enhance training modules and provide ongoing support to learners.
1. VLSI Trainer – (Design Verification / Physical Design)
2. Embedded Systems Trainer
3. Full Stack Software Development Trainer
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
- Proficiency in training delivery, curriculum design, and the use of modern teaching methodologies and technologies.
- Ability to assess learner needs, develop interactive course materials, and provide constructive feedback to participants.
- Experience in IT-related domains, including technology trends, system integration, and technical problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer or in instructional design is an advantage.
