Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Academic role based in Coimbatore for a VLSI and Embedded Design Professional. The role involves designing, modeling, and verifying VLSI circuits and embedded systems, including participation in architecture definition, schematic design, and hardware-software integration.Responsibilities include collaborating with faculty, researchers, and industry partners on projects, guiding student teams in labs and design work, and contributing to curriculum enhancement in VLSI and embedded domains.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Electronics
Engineering,
- Proficiency in PCB design fundamentals, and integration with VLSI and embedded systems.
- Hands-on skills with VLSI design and verification tools (e.g., Verilog/VHDL, simulation, synthesis, timing analysis) and embedded development environments.
- Experience in microcontroller/microprocessor-based system design, embedded C/C++, RTOS concepts, and hardware debugging using standard lab equipment.
- Postgraduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems, or a related discipline.
- Ability to mentor students, manage laboratory sessions, and contribute to academic or industry-oriented R&D projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment.
