Associate, Resale

Vivrelle is seeking an Associate, Resale to join our fast-growing resale business. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Resale and provide critical support across all team functions, including B2B and B2C sales, customer communications, and daily operations.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Own our resale inbox, managing customer purchasing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Calculate pricing quotes for customers, ensuring accuracy

Support our membership team on any resale-related inquiries

Create invoices and process payments for customer sales

Assist with pulling and curating inventory for Vivrelle buying appointments

Support packaging and shipping of purchase orders

Track and report sales activity in G-Suite

Manage customer accounts and inventory accurately within Vivrelle's Operation Platforms

Maintain a high bar of excellence for member experience, virtually and in person

Requirements

1–2 years of customer service or retail experience in the fashion and/or luxury space.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards

Proficiency in Excel and G-Suite

Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to take on challenges.

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
