Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a robust software development background, particularly in the .NET and Azure tech stack, to spearhead our digital lending initiatives. This role is crucial for delivering software solutions that enhance our lending processes and improve customer experiences within the Indian financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Digital Lending Projects: Oversee multiple digital lending projects specifically designed for the Indian market, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, compliance, and risk management, to ensure that digital lending solutions align with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Strategic Planning: Define clear project objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop detailed program documentation to support project execution and reporting.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks associated with digital lending initiatives and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and compliance with regulations.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring project teams, encouraging innovation, and promoting best practices in software delivery and project management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 12 to 15 years of program management experience specifically within the digital lending space of financial services in India, with strong expertise in software development using the .NET framework and Azure technologies.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian lending landscape, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools used in software development.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and managerial perspectives.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a track record of successful project delivery.
