About the role

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • P&L Management: Own and manage the Profit & Loss for the business, driving growth and profitability.
     
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and achieve business targets at an accelerated pace.
     
  • Leadership: Inspire and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to deliver on organizational objectives.
     
  • Innovation: Identify and implement creative solutions to address market challenges, enhance customer experience, and streamline operations.
     
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Managing Director, Executive Directors, Executive Management and the Board, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
     
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the organization remains competitive and agile.
     
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to drive business growth.
     

Ideal Candidate Profile:
 

  • Domain Expertise: 8-15 years of experience in the lending NBFC/fintech domain with a track record of P&L ownership and business growth.
     
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and grow teams in a high-paced environment. Lead by influence than by authority.
     
  • Innovative Thinker: A creative and strategic problem solver with the ability to think outside the box.
     
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated and capable of thriving with minimal supervision.
     
  • People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
     
  • Results-Oriented: A high achiever with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
