Job Summary
The Operations Associate will assist with day to day processing of Vivacity’s pre-deployment process. This role will be expected to provide exceptional service in device teardowns, parts, white gloving, shipping and receiving, green boxing, case applications, asset tagging, screen applications, and empower + repairs. Operation Associates will play an integral part in ensuring a smooth and efficient process across multiple functions.
Essential Functions
- Troubleshoot device issues using customer notes and a full diagnosis to identify source of error, assigning repair grade based on the problems
- Complete computer repair process, cleaning, removing, and replacing parts using provided tools
- Complete orders with services that include, but not limited to pre wiring carts, white gloving, asset tagging, and green boxing
- Verify that outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to purchase orders
- Ensure cleanliness of work environment, and equipment are functioning and properly maintained
- Cross trained in production, warehouse, inventory, and repairs as business dictates
- Uphold safety standards in respective work environments
- Present relevant updates, details, and data to designated lead
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Thorough understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, production, warehouse and repairs operations and machinery

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience highly preferred
Additional Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to operate job-related machinery
- Ability to bend,sit, and lift up to 50 lbs
