About the role

Roles & Responsibilities Closely work with Product manager/Buyers to resolve routine data coding problems. Perform data entry using word processing, spread sheet or database commands and formats material as required Check, verify, and edit data coding to ensure compatibility with data entry system and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures. Review discrepancies in data received and request clarification or advise supervisor on issues related to data Maintain records of order placed and supplied by supplier & Manage supplier invoices. Manage all office admin task pertaining to Commercial team. Desired Candidate Profile 2-3 years of experience in a similar buying or commercial admin role. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines. Fluency in English.
