Manage these reporting products through ongoing iterations of the development cycle.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards, Power Platform solutions, and other technology tools that enable stakeholder self-service.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECreate and maintain a library of reports and dashboards to supplement the suite of products provided by the Data/IT team.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EEvaluate, refine, and further automate business processes for data or information sharing within Operations Division and/or the Enterprise.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EConduct research and consult with internal experts to explore and implement analytical solutions that optimize workflows that create sustainable solutions for business needs.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ELead and fulfill standard and ad-hoc data requests where appropriate using operational and financial data from both internal and external sources.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EBuild and grow subject matter expertise in the curated data extracts, tables, views, cubes, etc. (to best understand available dimensions, metrics, and derived metrics) by performing data discovery and querying sources; study data lineage and contribute toward creation and maintenance of data dictionary.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist with data quality assurance and validation efforts to ensure clean and reliable data feeding into reports and dashboards.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EFunction as a business analytics lead supporting Leadership to drive organizational goals, find opportunities to exercise best practices and standard work where appropriate, drive accountability, and keep multiple levels of leadership apprised of significant deviations from meeting site and contract goals.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EServe as a consulting partner to operational leaders — scoping problems, evaluating technology options, and delivering solutions that range from process redesign to technology automation.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDesign and build lightweight automation and workflow solutions (e.g., Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps) to reduce manual effort and improve process reliability.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProvide analytical support for performance and quality improvement programs, products, and tools that help assess and improve site operational performance, contract stability, patient satisfaction, financial viability, and knowledge dissemination.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPromote information sharing and collaboration with business analytics leads from other Divisions, and Business Units.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EEvaluate user needs and perspectives; consult with Physician Leaders and intake their reporting requests. Collaborate with Operations Division and Revenue Cycle Management teams to determine data requirements, design, and tools to meet the reporting needs.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EConduct regular assessments of current site contractual terms and profitability to develop recommendations to minimize their potential fiscal and operational risks.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPrepare and present contract negotiation workbooks to Site Leadership Teams comprising of billing and payer mix, provider compensation, hospital and patient revenue, surgical case volume data and more.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPrepare and communicate appropriate financial summaries or other reports correlated with site contractual terms to Medical Directors, Regional Director and/or Operations Divisional Leaders to ensure budget neutrality.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cspan style=%22color:#000000;%22%3E%3Cstrong%3ERequired Experience and Competencies%3C/strong%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EBachelor’s degree required.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E3-6 years of experience with data analysis, planning, coordinating, and implementing healthcare-focused programs required.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EOne (1) year of experience using Business Intelligence tools (such as Tableau or PowerBI) to develop sustainable reports, dashboards, and calculators using various data sources required.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EMaster’s or other advanced degree preferred.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M, data modeling) and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) preferred.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExperience leveraging AI and agentic tools (e.g., AI coding assistants, intelligent automation) to accelerate analysis, development, and workflow efficiency preferred.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExperience with robust financial analytical models’ development preferred.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EMicrosoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (intermediate-advanced including pivot tables and advanced functions), Outlook, and PowerPoint.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to identify root causes, map dependencies, and design solutions that address upstream problems.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to independently scope, design, and deliver technology solutions with minimal technical supervision.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EBasic knowledge of medical terminology.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EUnderstanding of lean/process improvement methodologies.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExcellent writing skills (writing sample will need to be submitted during interview process).%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EData analysis and interpretation skills, including financial statements and statistical reports.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProven ability to establish credibility quickly with internal and external customers.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EKnowledge of program development and project management concepts.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDemonstrate ability to handle detailed work accurately and quickly, work to deadlines on multiple projects independently under limited supervision, and work as a team member in a collaborative and participatory manner.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EStrong customer service skills.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EFundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cspan style=%22color:#000000;%22%3E%3Cstrong%3EThe Community%3C/strong%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEven when you are working remotely, you are an important part of the Vituity Community.
