Vita CV is hiring for our client, looking for a Chat Support Executive to provide excellent customer service through live chat and email. This is a remote role offering flexible hours and competitive pay. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries via live chat and email. - Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently. - Maintain a professional and friendly tone while handling multiple chats. - Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when necessary. - Keep records of interactions in the company's CRM system. - Work collaboratively with the support team to improve customer experience. Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or chat support preferred. - Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) with accuracy. - Excellent written communication skills with correct grammar and clarity. - Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously. - Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. - Familiarity with CRM and helpdesk software is a plus.
