What are we looking for?
- Working experience on social media campaigns, digital campaigns for Facebook LinkedIn, Google and YouTube, logo design and branding, etc
- Knowledge of how digital full-funnel marketing works
- Ability to decipher business requirements and the intent of that particular requirement
- Should be able to work on conceptual campaigns from scratch to the final output
- Need to be updated with latest design trends (Integrated campaigns, advertising ideas, typography, use of colors)
- Should have an eye for details (We don’t like rushing things for the sake of completion)
- Should be able to adhere to timelines which are committed and be self-disciplined
- Time management and prioritization of work is a must
- Should be open to taking sessions on topics that are your forte and educate other designers
- Should be able to communicate with internal teams and be on client calls to understand their requirements
- Present design ideas to the client
- Education from an art school preferred (BFA, BDes, etc)

- Google Slides, Sheets and Doc
