About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visualiser with strong conceptual thinking and design execution skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working in advertising or integrated marketing agencies and must be well-versed with modern AI-powered creative tools and design software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative visual concepts for digital and mainline campaigns.
- Create social media creatives, branding collaterals, ad campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with creative, content, and client servicing teams to deliver high-quality campaign visuals.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into compelling visual communication.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Tools
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, layouts, and branding.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Figma
- Canva
AI Tools Knowledge (Mandatory)
Candidates must have hands-on knowledge or practical understanding of AI-powered creative tools including:
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Claude
- Midjourney
- DALL·E
- Runway
- Firefly
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of experience as a Visualiser or Graphic Designer in an advertising/digital agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, campaign, and creative design work.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and integrated campaigns.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
