Diamond Atelier is a New York–headquartered lab-grown diamond company specializing in premium loose diamonds for B2B clients across the USA. As we continue to grow, we are building our own jewelry brand from New York. Our manufacturing factories are located in Surat, and we have supporting creative and operational teams in Mumbai (Andheri West) and Delhi.
We’re building a new luxury jewelry universe — and we’re looking for the Creative Visualizer who can see it before it exists.
This role is for someone who doesn’t just “design.”
You visualize vibes. You translate feelings into visuals. You understand luxury without it being explained.
You will work closely with the Creative Head, understand their vision, and turn it into clear visual direction for the design team — mood, palette, typography, layout, reference, composition — everything.
If you can turn a simple line like
“clean + premium + powerful”
into a fully formed aesthetic world… we need you.
🎨 What You’ll Create
- Moodboards that feel like the brand already exists
- Lookbooks / theme decks / creative references for collections & campaigns
- Visual guidelines for designers (fonts, layouts, color palette, textures, tone)
- Campaign references, storyboards & visual concepts
- A consistent visual language across:
- Social media | Website | Packaging | Shoots | Lookbooks | Ads

💎 What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in brand design / visual direction / creative design
- Strong aesthetic sense (luxury / fashion / jewelry / lifestyle preferred)
- Expert-level in:
- Photoshop | Illustrator | InDesign
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Typography, layout, spacing, composition, art direction
- Ability to “see the bigger picture” and still obsess over details
- Strong references/portfolio is non-negotiable
