Job details:
We are looking for a Visual Storyboard Artist who can turn SME-provided storyboard scripts into clear, production-ready visual storyboards that our XR/3D developers can build directly from. If you understand framing, cinematic language, and can communicate interactions visually, you will fit well here. XR experience is a plus.
What you will work on
Convert written scripts into scene-by-scene storyboard panels
Define shot composition: framing, camera angles, camera movement, scale, staging/blocking, key poses and expressions
Visualize interactive moments clearly: user actions, triggers, UI/HUD placement, transitions, timing cues
Create developer-friendly callouts per frame (interaction notes, environment layout, object placement, on-screen prompts)
Collaborate with SME + dev team and iterate fast based on feedback
Maintain clean workflow: templates, file naming, versioning, and organized exports
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as a storyboard artist / visualizer / storyboard illustrator
Strong fundamentals: perspective, composition, readability, continuity
Ability to communicate ideas for execution (clarity over “pretty art”)
- Must be familiar with AI tools for sketch generation and rapid ideation (prompting, variations, refining outputs into clean storyboard frames)
Nice to have (Plus)
Experience with XR / VR / AR / games / simulations
Understanding of spatial storytelling and immersive interaction flow (gaze/hand interactions, spatial UI, teleport/anchors)
Benefits
Create visual storyboards for impactful, real-world projects across multiple industries
Opportunity to advance into senior, lead, or visual development roles
Work within a collaborative, creative, and innovation-focused team environment
