Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visual Merchandiser role based in Delhi, India. The Visual Merchandiser will design and implement in-store displays, window concepts, and product layouts that reflect Purplle’s brand identity and drive sell-through. Responsibilities include planning seasonal and promotional themes, ensuring consistent visual standards across the store, and collaborating with store management and marketing teams to highlight key categories, new launches, and hero products. The role involves analyzing store performance and customer behavior to optimize product placement, creating planograms, and maintaining a visually appealing, clutter-free environment. The Visual Merchandiser will also train store teams on visual guidelines and support special events, campaigns, and brand activations.
Qualifications
- Strong retail and sales acumen, with experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle environments preferred.
- Customer service and communication skills to collaborate effectively with store teams and engage customers through visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience in visual merchandising, including window displays, in-store layouts, planograms, and POS materials.
- Ability to interpret brand guidelines, analyze store performance data, and translate insights into actionable visual strategies.
- Relevant education in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Design, or a related field is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by store operations and campaigns.
