Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Visual Merchandiser. The role involves creating visually appealing and innovative displays that attract customers and enhance the in-store experience. Responsibilities include planning and implementing visual merchandising strategies, arranging window displays, coordinating with the sales team to ensure alignment with retail goals, and maintaining consistency in visual branding. The role requires collaboration with the customer service team to understand client preferences and market trends, ensuring optimal product presentation and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Retail and Sales to ensure effective product placement and alignment with business objectives
- Proficient in creating Window Displays and other visual elements to enhance customer experience
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with team members and understanding customer preferences
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work within tight deadlines
- Understanding of trends in the fashion and retail industry is a plus
- Prior experience in visual merchandising or a related field is advantageous
- Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or any relevant field is preferred
