Location : Chennai

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store experience by designing and implementing compelling visual displays.

The ideal candidate will combine artistic flair with commercial awareness to drive customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute store layouts, window displays, and in-store presentations in line with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.

- Create visually appealing merchandise displays that attract and engage customers while promoting products effectively.

- Sales Promotion

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align displays with promotional events and campaigns.

- Optimize product placement to boost sales, considering customer flow and shopping behavior.

Brand Representation:

- Ensure consistency in visual merchandising standards across all retail outlets.

- Uphold the brand identity by maintaining a cohesive visual narrative.

Market Research:

- Monitor competitor strategies and trends in visual merchandising to stay ahead of the curve.

- Analyze customer preferences and adapt displays to reflect current demands.

Inventory Management:

- Coordinate with store teams to ensure product availability for planned displays.

- Manage the props and materials needed for installations.

Training & Guidance

- Train and support store staff on visual merchandising techniques and guidelines.

- Provide feedback to improve displays and maximize product appeal.

- Should have a degree or diploma in fashion design/visual - merchandising or any related field with one year experience.

- Fresher can also apply.

- Salary at par with the industry.

- Travel may be required for multi-store roles.
