Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visual Merchandiser role based in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The Visual Merchandiser will design and implement window displays and in-store product arrangements that highlight key collections, promotions, and seasonal trends. Daily responsibilities include planning layouts, styling mannequins, coordinating color themes, and ensuring displays are aligned with brand guidelines and sales objectives. The role involves working closely with the retail and sales teams to optimize product placement, maintain visual standards throughout the store, and refresh displays regularly. The Visual Merchandiser will also monitor customer response to displays, gather feedback from the store team, and adjust visual strategies to improve engagement and sales.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and store teams.
- Candidates should possess Retail and Customer Service skills, with experience in a store environment and a customer-focused approach to visual presentation.
- Candidates should possess Sales awareness, with an understanding of how visual merchandising influences buying behavior and supports sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Window Displays skills, including creative design, color coordination, and the ability to execute attractive and brand-consistent displays.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include an eye for detail, creativity, basic knowledge of textile or fashion trends, and comfort working on the shop floor during peak hours.
- A background in fashion merchandising, design, or retail management is preferred; prior experience as a visual merchandiser or in apparel/textile retail is an advantage.
