Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:
● Conceptualize and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with Nappa Dori’s luxury and artisanal identity.
● Design and maintain in-store displays that showcase handcrafted leather goods with elegance, consistency, and attention to detail.
● Ensure all visual presentations reflect brand guidelines, seasonal themes, and storytelling elements.
● Collaborate with retail, marketing, and design teams to implement
campaigns, product launches, and window displays.
● Maintain optimal product placement to enhance visibility, accessibility, and sales performance.
● Regularly refresh displays to keep the store visually engaging while preserving brand coherence.
● Monitor store aesthetics, lighting, fixtures, and props to ensure a premium, clutter-free environment.
● Analyze customer behavior and sales data to optimize visual layouts and product flow.
● Train and guide store staff on basic visual merchandising standards and upkeep.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or handcrafted brands.
● Strong aesthetic sensibility with an eye for detail, texture, color, and composition.
● Deep understanding of luxury retail presentation and customer experience.
● Ability to translate brand stories into visual narratives.
● Creative, proactive, and highly organized with strong execution skills.
● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
● Willingness to travel between stores, if required.

● Shows flexibility to work across multiple store locations and during new launches or festive rollouts.
● Is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of store presentation standards.
● Has basic knowledge of store performance metrics and how visual changes can influence customer behavior and sales.
