Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visual Merchandiser role based in Bengaluru. The Visual Merchandiser will design and implement attractive in-store layouts and window displays to highlight MPee Kitchenette products and promote key categories and campaigns. Responsibilities include planning product placement, arranging displays according to brand guidelines, and regularly updating layouts to reflect new launches, promotions, and seasonal trends. The role involves collaborating with sales and retail teams to optimize product visibility, monitoring store presentation standards, and ensuring displays are safe, practical, and aligned with customer preferences. The Visual Merchandiser will also analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine visual strategies that support sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with sales, marketing, and store teams and present visual concepts clearly.
- Retail and Customer Service experience to understand shopper behavior, store operations, and in-store standards.
- Sales awareness and Window Displays expertise to create layouts that attract customers and support revenue growth.
- Good visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail in merchandising and display design.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple store visits, and adapt layouts quickly based on business needs.
- Basic knowledge of merchandising tools, store safety standards, and space planning.
- Prior experience in visual merchandising, retail, or FMCG/kitchenware is preferred.
- Relevant diploma/degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
