Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Visual Merchandiser role based in Gurgaon - Corporate office.
- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans as per brand guidelines.
- Create and manage planograms, window concepts, in-store displays, and product layouts.
- Work closely with retail teams to ensure consistent VM execution across stores.
- Coordinate production and installation of VM elements with vendors.
- Select the right materials, props, and fixtures aligned with brand identity.
- Analyse store performance and optimise VM to drive conversions.
Maintain VM calendars and ensure timely rollouts across all regions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate brand messages to customers.
- Experience in retail and customer service, with a focus on enhancing shopper satisfaction and understanding consumer behavior.
- Sales expertise to support optimal product placement and promotional strategies that drive sales growth.
- Proficiency in conceptualizing and implementing creative window displays and in-store merchandising layouts.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in visual merchandising or a related field is highly desirable.
- Graduation in any discipline.
