Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser for a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The Visual Merchandiser will design, plan, and execute creative and visually appealing displays in line with brand guidelines to enhance customer engagement and improve product visibility. Responsibilities include designing aesthetics for commercial spaces, collaborating with design and marketing teams, managing display installations, and ensuring maintenance of merchandising standards. The role also involves staying updated on retail trends and coordinating with vendors for optimal execution.
Qualifications
- Creative skills including spatial planning, design, and knowledge of visual merchandising principles
- Experience with promotional fixture setups, branding, and retail display management
- Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD) is desirable
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or interior solutions for commercial spaces
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of consumer behavior
