We’re Hiring | Visual Merchandising Manager – Premium Furniture Retail
At Anu Furniture, a 32-year legacy brand, we are building the next generation of experiential furniture retail.
With a strong presence of 14 stores in Hyderabad and 4 in Bangalore, our ambition is to create world-class retail environments that don’t just display furniture — but shape how customers envision their homes.
We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Leader who can elevate our stores into benchmark retail experiences, combining design sensibility with sharp commercial thinking.
The Mandate
You will lead Visual Merchandising across a large-format retail network, with a clear focus on experience, consistency, and conversion.
- Architect store experiences that drive aspiration and purchase intent
- Define and implement VM standards across 18 stores
- Lead store zoning, circulation flow & customer journey design
- Build high-impact lifestyle environments (living, dining, bedroom)
- Own VM for new store launches, flagship upgrades & seasonal narratives
- Establish strong audit frameworks & execution discipline
- Partner with leadership on VM-led revenue and productivity improvements
Who This Role Is For
- 5–10 years in Visual Merchandising within Furniture / Home / Large-format Retail
- Experience managing multi-store VM at scale
- Strong command over space planning, storytelling & retail psychology
- Creating impactful 3D planogram
- Ability to translate design into measurable business outcomes
- Exposure to brands such as IKEA, Home Centre, Urban Ladder, Pepperfry, @Home, Nilkamal is highly preferred
