About the Role:
We're looking for a thoughtful and creative Website Designer to join a multidisciplinary design studio that blends storytelling, strategy, and systems thinking to shape impactful narratives for future-forward brands. This is a full-time onsite role based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, where you’ll own the web design process end-to-end — from concept and wireframes to responsive, visually rich experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute website design projects from concept to delivery.
- Translate brand strategy and identity into compelling, intuitive web experiences.
- Develop user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and responsive design systems.
- Collaborate with writers, brand designers, developers, and strategists.
- Use platforms like Webflow and Framer (preferred) to build and/or hand off designs.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and high performance across digital platforms.
- Manage timelines across multiple projects while maintaining design quality.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in website design (agency/studio experience preferred).
Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio showcasing responsive, storytelling-based/editorial web design.
- Proficiency in Figma or equivalent; hands-on experience with Webflow and/or Framer is a plus.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and design systems.
- Sharp eye for visual hierarchy, layout, and typography.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take initiative.
- Bonus: Experience working with mission-driven or sustainability-focused brands.
