About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Print Designer with a strong focus on packaging design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing packaging artwork and a solid understanding of print production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative and visually appealing packaging concepts for products across categories
• Develop print-ready artwork for packaging, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, color, and layout
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and production teams to bring concepts to life
• Prepare and review pre-press files (bleed, dielines, color modes, etc.)
• Work with vendors/printers to ensure quality output and troubleshoot print issues
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all packaging materials
• Stay updated with packaging trends, materials, and printing techniques

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in print and packaging design
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging work (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Good understanding of printing techniques (offset, flexo, digital)
• Knowledge of color systems (CMYK, Pantone) and print production processes
• Experience working with dielines and mockups
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Good to Have

• Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer product packaging
• Basic understanding of sustainable packaging materials
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
