We are looking for a creatively driven and detail oriented Visual Designer (Brand & Creative) to join our marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone with a Min. of 3 years of agency experience, who brings strong conceptual thinking, a refined visual sensibility, and a portfolio that demonstrates brand-led work, visual storytelling, and original creative thinking across digital and offline touchpoints.
You should be comfortable translating brand strategy into compelling visual systems and ideas, not just executing assets. Experience in agency environments and working across multiple client brands is a strong advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop strong visual ideas and design solutions across brand identity, campaigns, social content, performance creatives, and marketing collateral.
• Approach every brief with creative thinking, translating strategy, objectives, and context into visually compelling outcomes.
• Contribute to and execute brand systems, visual languages, and creative directions for multiple client brands.
• Design for different use cases including awareness, engagement, and performance while maintaining clarity, originality, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, and content teams to shape concept-led creative work, not just final assets.
• Review, refine, and elevate design work through feedback both your own and, where required, that of junior designers.
• Present design ideas clearly, explaining the thinking behind the visuals, not just the aesthetics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and attention to detail.
• Stay curious and actively evolve your craft by keeping up with design trends, tools, visual culture, and emerging creative formats (including AI-assisted workflows).
Requirements/Qualifications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Min. 3 years of agency experience with a strong, versatile portfolio in branding & creative designs.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, visual clarity, and range across branding, campaigns, social content, performance creatives, or other relevant formats.
• Strong understanding of design principles, brand guidelines, and visual storytelling
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work consistently.
• Proficient in new-age AI tools
• Experience reviewing or guiding other designers’ work is a plus, but not mandatory.
