GRAPHIC DESIGNER

WHO WE ARE.
India has never had a haircare brand built like this.
Xtovia is India’s first deep-tech haircare revolution— and that’s not a marketing line, it’s a technical claim. Built on TriLayerX™, a patent-pending molecular bond repair system designed from the ground up, we’re not entering the category. We’re redefining what the category is capable of.
We’re early. We’re building. And the market hasn’t seen anything like us yet.
THE ROLE.
You’ll be one of the first designers inside a brand that’s rewriting what Indian haircare looks like. That means you’re not decorating, you’re building. Every social post, every packaging piece, every content frame you touch is part of something that didn’t exist two years ago.
We’re looking for someone early in their career who already has a point of view.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN.
- Social and content design across Instagram, Facebook, our website and beyond
- Packaging and print collateral, from labels to retail touchpoints
- Visual consistency across a brand that’s growing fast
- The ability to move between editorial stillness and scroll-stopping motion
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR.
- 0–2 years of design experience (agency, studio, or brand-side)
- A portfolio that shows taste, not just output
- Comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator & Photoshop) and AI tools — and fast in all three
- Someone who’s worked within a brand system, not just built mood boards
- Based in Hyderabad, or ready to be

- Understand what makes content feel native to a platform
- Can take a brief and push it somewhere unexpected
