🚀 We’re Hiring: Visual & UX Designer (Hybrid)

Budget: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 / month

About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Visual & UX Designer who bridges B2B brand storytelling, high-converting product UX, and dynamic motion graphics. You will own our visual identity across landing pages, event collateral, social banners, and video reels - leveraging modern AI workflows to deliver fast, high-quality output.
What You’ll Do
- UX/UI: Design conversion-focused web pages, landing pages, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Graphics & Branding: Create pitch decks, social creatives, marketing banners, and webinar assets.
- Video & Motion: Perform post-production on webinar recordings and produce short-form video reels/clips.
What We’re Looking For
- Toolstack: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects.
- AI Capabilities (Mandatory): Active use of AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Opus Clip, ElevenLabs, or Figma AI) to accelerate creative workflows.
- Portfolio: Solid showcase of UI/UX, graphic design, and video editing work.
