We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer who can develop compelling designs across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and experienced in creating digital assets, ensuring strong brand consistency and visual impact across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality brand assets across multiple formats, including:
- Flyers and print collateral
- In-mall branding materials kiosks, POSM
- Out-of-Home (OOH) creatives (hoardings, billboards, transit ads)
- Social media creatives (static and basic motion, if applicable)
- Design physical and environmental assets, including invites, brochures, and event collaterals
- Digital assets (display ads, website banners, emailers, etc.)
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, visual systems, and design standards
- Conceptualise and execute 360° campaigns across online channels.
- Translate briefs and brand guidelines into visually engaging designs.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams to deliver creatives on time.
- Create product-led visuals that clearly showcase features, use cases, and outcomes simply and engagingly.
- Ensure accuracy in layouts, dimensions, and production-ready files for print and digital.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all platforms and assets.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skillset:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- 3-4 years of experience as a Visual Designer.
- Working knowledge of Figma and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Keynote)
- Solid understanding of branding and visual identity systems
- Strong grasp of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to design across both print and digital mediums
- Experience in creating social media, campaign, and marketing assets
- Attention to detail with a focus on consistency and quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of production requirements for print and digital outputs
Good to Have:
- Motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with AI tools to improve design efficiency
