About us : Sunny Side Up is a Bangalore based advertising agency. We are seeking an Senior
Visual Designer to join the Bangalore office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong eye for visual composition.
- Working alongside the team and taking the brands to the next level.
- Complete understanding of the brands and proactiveness for taking the brands to
- the next level.
- Having deep understanding of the target audiences and willingness to do ground
- level research to understand their needs.
- Being up to date with competitors’ creative presence.
- Having execution bias and judgement of what needs to be prioritised.
- Deconstructing business requirements and building a design brief for the creative
- team when necessary.
- Willingness to take ownership of any given project and ensure its execution till the
- finish line. Ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Helping maintain the documentation of the creative journey of each brand.
Requirement & Skill:
- Knowledge and experience of 2-4 yrs in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), After
- Effects will be a plus
- Good to have: Interdisciplinary creative skills and experience.
- Proficient in design methodologies and finding design solutions.
- Strong portfolio that showcases these skills.
