Visual Designer — Identity + Motion (IC) | Sangfroid Media Works Hybrid | Jaipur / Remote | Independent Consultant
We are a creative studio building brand identity, motion design, and visual systems for growing startups from early stage through Series B. We are looking for one exceptional creative who can own the full visual spectrum - from brand identity to motion - without needing to be managed.
This is not a role for someone who executes briefs. It is for someone who elevates them.
What you will work on
Brand identity systems, logo design, illustration, typography, motion graphics, animated brand assets, product explainers, social motion content, and presentation design — sometimes all for the same client.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of experience spanning graphic design, illustration, and motion
- A portfolio that shows range AND depth - not just pretty work, but work that solves a problem
- Strong command of Figma, Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and ideally Lottie or Rive
- Ability to own a project from brief to delivery - including client communication
- A clear point of view on design - you have opinions, you can defend them, and you know when to let go
- Prior experience working with startups or growth-stage companies is a strong plus
