Job details:

• Design the aesthetics to be implemented as per brand guidelines
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work fast without sacrificing quality, and meet tight deadlines
• Build scalable templates, assets, and brand solutions
• Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies
• Design visual assets for campaigns, festive promotions, and influencer collaborations
• Create packaging layouts, product labels, and print collaterals aligned with brand guidelines
• Adapt creatives for multiple formats- static, motion, and video (if basic motion skills available)
• Familiarity with motion design or animation tools (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of craft and polish.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as AE, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Figma, Word Documents)
