We are seeking a Mid-Senior Visual Designer to join our growing team of creatives. In this role, you will take ownership of key design projects, collaborate with clients, and contribute to shaping impactful visual solutions. You’ll play an important part in driving creative excellence while supporting the agency’s overall design vision.
Roles & Responsibility
- Project Execution: Lead and deliver branding, identity design, packaging, and digital media projects with creativity and precision.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
- Creative Contribution: Support the development of design concepts and contribute fresh ideas to enhance the agency’s creative direction.
- Workflow & Quality: Manage your own projects efficiently, adhere to timelines, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Team Support: Collaborate with senior designers and provide input to junior team members when needed.
Who we are looking for
- Experience: 3–4 years of professional design experience in an agency environment, with a strong portfolio in branding, packaging, and digital design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Motion graphics knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Communication: Strong ability to present ideas, take feedback constructively, and work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Client Management: Experience handling corporate clients and delivering designs aligned with their brand objectives.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to craft designs that tell stories, strengthen brand identity, and contribute to Pixel Street’s creative vision.
