Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to design visuals that align with business objectives. Develop creative concepts, graphics, layouts, and designs for various platforms, including social media, websites, print, and presentations.
- Brand Consistency & Visual Identity:
- Ensure consistency in visual design elements across all channels. Maintain and evolve the brand's visual style while ensuring it reflects the company's identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Content Collaboration & Integration:
- Work closely with content developers, videographers, and social media managers to create multimedia content. Integrate copy, visuals, and interactive elements to deliver an engaging user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with teams such as digital marketing, HR, sales, and business departments to create compelling visuals that align with broader business and marketing goals.
- User-Centered Design:
- Apply design principles focused on the user experience (UX) to ensure all visuals are intuitive, accessible, and visually impactful. Conduct design testing and gather feedback to optimize visual content.
- Campaign Design & Performance Analysis:
- Create visuals for specific campaigns, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Use analytics to assess the performance of visual assets and optimize designs accordingly.
- Trend Awareness & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the design process to keep the brand's visual content cutting-edge and relevant.
Skills Required:
- Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Design Expertise: Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital and print media.
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think creatively and visually solve complex design problems.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality design execution.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and present design concepts.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in designing for social media platforms, websites, and marketing materials.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and design thinking.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
Education: Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
